AWS 将对公共 IPv4 地址收费

今天收到 AWS 的邮件，大意是从明年2月1号开始，将对公共IPv4地址收费（0.005美元/小时）。我查了一下，原来从8月份开始网上就有相关消息，只是我没关注。

但通过网上的信息，我不能确定 AWS Free Tier 是否也受这个收费影响，所以联系了客服，得到了肯定的回答：所有公共IPv4地址都将收费。

我目前使用 AWS 做内网穿透部署开源实例，在免费服务到期之前需要找到替代方案。

我仔细研读了官方博客，其中关于 AWS Free Tier 相关描述如下：

The AWS Free Tier for EC2 will include 750 hours of public IPv4 address usage per month for the first 12 months, effective February 1, 2024.

另外在后续的博客中，关于弹性 IP（Elastic IP）的描述如下：

Today, there is no charge for the first Elastic IP (EIP) address you associate with a running instance, but you are charged for each additional EIP, and for idle EIPs assigned to your account. Starting February 1, 2024, the new charges will apply to all Elastic IP addresses in your AWS account.

我的理解是 AWS Free Tier 随实例创建的动态公网 IPv4 仍然是免费的（免费额度只够使用一个 IP），但使用固定 IP 需要收费了。

所以接下来要继续使用 AWS 服务器，要解决动态 IP 绑定域名和内容穿透的问题。
